Allison Madson serves as the Vice President of Health Policy at the American Society of Retina Specialists since April 2020. Previously, Madson held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery from September 2012 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing Medicare reimbursement and regulatory issues. Prior to that, Madson was a Senior Consultant at Jackson West Consulting and served as Manager of Issues Development at the American Society of Civil Engineers. Madson began the career as a Campaign Manager for Delegate Ken Plum. Educational credentials include a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
