Gaelle DIBOTI has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Wells Business Support Lead at Assala Energy since November 2017, with prior roles including Wells Business Planning & Support Engineer and Well Intervention Operations and Costs Planner. Previously, DIBOTI worked at Shell Gabon S.A. from January 2015 to October 2017, gaining expertise as a Well Engineer and CWI Operations & Cost Planner, as well as leading several logging and treatment campaigns. Experience also includes serving as a DSV on WorkOver Rig and holding a CWI Engineer Supervisor position at Schlumberger, focusing on high-quality data acquisition for well placement and formation evaluation. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Electro-Mecanique from Ecole Polytechnique de Masuku and various specialized training programs from Shell Learning Centers and IFP School.
