Sergey C. has extensive experience in workover, completion, and well intervention management within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the WCI Manager at Assala Energy since October 2017. Sergey successfully established a new C&WI structure following asset acquisition from Shell and achieved significant HSSE milestones, including multiple years without lost time incidents across various rigs. Prior to Assala Energy, Sergey held managerial roles at Weatherford, Petrolessons, Perenco, Wintershall Libya, OMV Libya, Total, Delta Engineering Co Ltd, and BaiTex JV, demonstrating a strong focus on operational excellence, cost control, and team development. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Drilling Engineering from Ufa State Petroleum Technical University and a professional certification in Occupational Safety and Health in the Oil and Gas Industry.
