Carlos Hankins, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos began their career as an Admissions Assistant at Freedom Theatre in 1994 before moving on to work as a Library Systems employee at Temple University from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Pennsylvania Hospital as an Emergency Room Registrar, where they not only trained new employees but also led process improvement initiatives. From 2004 to 2006, Carlos worked at Bontaz Centre USA, Inc., starting as a Parts Inspector and quickly progressing to Logistics Supervisor and finally Operations Manager. At Lafarge North America, they served as a Production Supervisor from 2006 to 2009, overseeing daily operations and managing contract employees. From 2010 to 2016, Carlos worked as a Production Supervisor at World's Finest® Chocolate, where they managed various chocolate lines and packaging operations. Carlos'smost recent role was as the Director of Production Operations at Assemblers Inc., where they led the management of food operations and planned and executed a new cookie line. Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of success in operations management.
Carlos Hankins, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Purdue University Northwest in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, in the year 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
