Avery Kotzur

Avery Kotzur is an experienced professional in video production and operations, currently serving as the Director of Production Operations at BuzzFeed since February 2019, responsible for overseeing video production operations, system tools, vendor relations, and stage facility operations. Previously, Avery held multiple roles at BuzzFeed, including Associate Director of Post Production and Post Production Manager, and has contributed to various projects as a Post Production Supervisor and Coordinator. Prior experience includes producing branded shoots for GRAiNEY PICTURES and managing productions for clients like Google and Red Bull. Avery is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/Broadcast Production.
