Tero Kosunen

Tero Kosunen currently serves as the President of Assemblin Finland, a role focused on driving green transformation in the building industry through innovative technological solutions. Additionally, Tero is a member of Kasvuryhmä, a movement aimed at fostering significant growth among Finnish mid-sized companies. As the CEO of Fidelix, Tero emphasizes the importance of energy efficiency and indoor climate in buildings, which account for a significant portion of energy consumption in the EU. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Enfo, where Tero oversaw P&L responsibilities and strategic turnaround efforts, and various leadership positions at Danfoss, LPM Group, and TietoEnator Oyj. Tero holds an AMP from IESE Business School and a Master's degree in Industrial Economics and Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
