Kian Boloori, CCP GRP CSCP MBA

Kian Boloori has over 15 years of experience in compensation and human resources. They are currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Pacvue, where they have established the company's job infrastructure, created compensation structures, and program managed the international compensation review process. Prior to this, Kian worked as the Manager Total Rewards at MeridianLink, leading the implementation of total reward strategies and completing Project JACI. They also held the role of Senior Compensation Analyst at TTM Technologies, where they project-managed global bonus programs and implemented a new job infrastructure framework. Kian's experience also includes roles as a Compensation Analyst at NTS - National Technical Systems and Ingram Micro, where they designed comprehensive compensation programs and created pay grades and structures. They began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at CoreLogic and a Human Resources Intern at Blizzard Entertainment. Kian also has experience outside of the corporate world, having served as a Field Organizer for the National LGBTQ Task Force and Equality Cincinnati, leading volunteer operations and training programs.

Kian Boloori, CCP CSCP GRP, has an extensive education history. In 2001, they began their undergraduate studies at UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a focus on World Arts and Cultures in 2006. Following this, Kian pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2010 to 2012. While completing their MBA, they also attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong for a short period in 2011 to further their studies in Human Resources.

To supplement their education, Kian obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2012. Additionally, they completed various professional certifications to enhance their skills. Kian earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) designations from WorldatWork in 2013 and 2014. In the same year, they also obtained the Certification in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine. Furthermore, Kian received the SHRM Certificate of Learning from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) in September 2012.

Expanding beyond formal education, Kian furthered their expertise in Microsoft Excel by obtaining the Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Excel Expert (Office 2019) certification from Microsoft in March 2023.
