Sarah Krug - Willis

Sarah Krug-Willis is an accomplished professional in employee experience and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience and Director of Talent Acquisition & Staffing at Assembly Health since December 2019. With a background in enhancing recruitment strategies, Sarah previously held positions as Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist at Preferred Podiatry Group PC. Sarah's experience also includes working as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where responsibilities focused on identifying and recruiting top IT talent within the Chicago market. Sarah began their career with a sales and marketing internship at the Brain Injury Association of Missouri. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
