Paola Tamés

Paola Tamés currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at Directive, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of People Director for StudioX at WPP from August 2023 to January 2024 and worked in People Operations at Directive from December 2022 to August 2023. Previous experience includes serving as HR Manager at BNN México, Directora de Talento at Bombay, and various roles, including Gerente de recursos humanos and Coordinador de Recursos Humanos, at Ogilvy over a decade. Early career experience includes positions as Analista de Recursos Humanos at Industrias Auge and Trainee at Valeo. Paola holds a Master's degree in Alta Dirección from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial and a Bachelor's degree in Administración de Empresas from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
