Kathy Hogeveen has a long and varied work experience. Kathy began their career in 1985 as the Chief Operating Financial Officer at Precision Plus Carpentry Inc. In 1988, they moved on to become the CEO and Consultant at KIH Consulting, where they provided high-quality coaching and consultancy to small business owners. In 1999, they became the CEO and Consultant at Freedom Enterprises, where they supervised a multi-faceted team of independent business owners. In 2006, they became the Division Manager at Lone Wolf Technologies, leading a 30-member high-performance team. In 2010, they became the Principal at Touch Marketing, leading an expanding 7-person virtual team to develop innovative value propositions. In 2015, they became the Director of Finance and Administration at ROSSCLAIR Contractors Inc., spearheading the successful restructuring of the corporation. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance and Accounting at R-Hauz, responsible for all financial operations, HR, contract management, Health & Safety, and providing strategic support. Kathy also became a Mortgage Agent at Real Mortgage Associates Inc.
Kathy Hogeveen obtained an Inbound Marketing Certification with Honors Distinction from Hubspot in April 2009. Kathy completed a Computer Programming and Systems Analysis Diploma from Seneca College between 1980 and 1983. Most recently, Kathy completed a Mortgage Agent certification from the Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc. in 2021. Kathy has also taken various courses in the past.
