Mahmoud Zarf has been working in the construction industry for the past 14 years. In 2020, they began working as an Assistant Project Manager for R-Hauz Services Inc., where they are responsible for managing multiple projects, working with CCDC-30 & CCDC-5b contracts, estimating and managing budgets, generating and following up with RFIs, and creating and maintaining schedules. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Construction Project Manager for ZCC Contracting LLC, where they directed a team of 10 in managing and supervising 100+ subcontractors in full-cycle construction projects, monitored project progress, oversaw scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, and managed project accounting. From 2008 to 2015, they were a Construction Project Manager for TATCO trading & contracting co, where they led and contributed to construction projects and managed a team of 1300+ manpower throughout full lifecycles. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Field Engineer for Masar United Contracting.

Mahmoud Zarf has a diverse educational background. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor from Al Balqa'a Applied University in Civil engineering/highway & bridge design, earned between 2001 and 2005. Mahmoud also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from New York Institute of Technology, which they earned between 2006 and 2008. Their most recent educational experience is at George Brown College, where they are currently studying Construction Estimating. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Toronto Construction Association, such as Creating a Risk Management Plan for Construction and Interactive pull planning, both obtained in 2022. Mahmoud also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute and Master of Project Academy, such as PMP® Certification Training Course and Project Management Professional (PMP).
