Prior roles include Director of Media Strategy at Giant Spoon, Group Director at OMD USA, and Associate Media Director at MEC. Grace began her career as a Media Planner at Dailey and Associates and progressed through roles at Universal McCann, where Grace served as Media Supervisor. Grace Damo holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1997 and 2001.
