Kyusun Shim

Kyusun Shim is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in data consultancy and digital analytics. Currently serving as the North Asia Group Lead and Director of Data Consultancy at Assembly Global from October 2024 to March 2025, Kyusun manages the P&L for Korea and Japan, translating C-suite objectives into growth-driven, data-driven programs. Previously, roles at Philip Morris International included overseeing the Digital Performance team as Digital Performance Manager and managing digital analytics as Digital Analytics Manager, demonstrating expertise in personalized customer experiences and performance analysis. Additional experience includes leadership positions at BDONE store corp. and Concentrix Korea, where Kyusun focused on building analytical infrastructures and stakeholder engagement. Kyusun holds an MBA from 성균관대학교 (SKKU) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from York University.
