Carissa Clark

After seven years of leadership and business development as a Managing Partner at a boutique search firm, Carissa developed an innovative process to executive search and applied it to her mission to better serve valued clients.

Throughout her career, she has helped build executive teams for notable clients, including Planview, Aptean, Quorum, and uShip, working with investors at Insight Partners, Summit Partners, and TA Associates.

Originally from Seattle, Carissa graduated with honors from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in Communication Studies and Marketing. She now lives in Austin, Texas, where she spends her time away from work traveling with her husband, hiking with her dog, Ollie, exploring Austin’s latest dining experiences, or experimenting with her own recipes at home.
