Josh Rosenbloom

Josh Rosenbloom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and real estate technology. Currently serving as an Advisor at Assembly OSM since January 2019, Rosenbloom has successfully raised $62 million to create a scalable urban housing solution. As the Host and Organizer of the Real Estate Tech Summit since June 2020, Rosenbloom focuses on innovation in the real estate sector. Previous roles include Director at Say, where the company was acquired by Robinhood, and Director of Business Solutions at Zeta Global, facilitating the integration of Collective into Zeta’s marketing cloud following its acquisition. Rosenbloom began their career at Collective, progressing through various roles, and gained experience in portfolio management at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Rosenbloom holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 2013.
