Susana San Martín Gavilán's work experience includes the following roles:

- Senior Analyst, Middle Office Operations at Moneda Asset Management (2017-Present): Responsible for controlling operations related to fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives in national and international markets. Manages the execution, allocation, and settlement processes with multiple brokers and custodians. Also handles contributions, redemptions, and exchanges, including limits monitoring, compliance, management, execution, and communication with contributors.

Controlled and reported daily cash balances in different currencies to the Assistant Manager and Money Desk. Susana San Martín Gavilán has a diverse education history. In 2008 to 2011, they attended Duoc UC, where they pursued a degree in Auditing. From 2012 to 2014, they studied at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado and obtained a degree in Business Engineering. In 2015 to 2016, they attended the Instituto Chileno-Británico and completed a course in Intermediate Level 5 English. Later on, from 2018 to 2019, they enrolled in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed an Executive Diploma in Management Control. Most recently, in 2022, they participated in a General Management program at the Comité de Acreditación de Conocimientos en el Mercado de Valores (CAMV).
