Victor Ortega

Victor Ortega has a diverse background in IT and technology roles. Victor started their career in 2012 as an IT Technical Support & Helpdesk Analyst at Atel Trading, where they provided assistance and support to users. Victor then moved on to Mack Zulia in 2013, where they continued in a similar role as an IT Technical Support & Helpdesk Analyst.

In 2015, Victor joined Desis Limitada - Facturación.cl as the In charge of Information Technology Continuity and Information Security. In this role, they managed the organization's technological infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and overseeing information security procedures.

From 2016 to 2018, Victor worked at ANDRITZ as an IT Specialist. Victor provided assistance and support to users in Chile and Peru, following global standards and policies. Their responsibilities included supporting MS Office, mobile phones, and other applications, as well as setting up Cisco Switches and HP & Dell Computers.

Victor Ortega began their education in 2006 at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science Engineering. Victor graduated from this program in 2012. In 2014, Victor enrolled at Caribbean International University to further their education by pursuing a Master of Science in Management, which they completed in 2015. In 2016, they attended Duoc UC and obtained a Diploma in Information Security in 2017. Presently, Victor is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, expected to be completed by 2023.
