Katrine West

Katrine West has extensive experience in cultural project management and education, currently serving as Kulturkonsulent at Assens Kommune since January 2012. Prior to this role, Katrine worked as Kulturformidler at Destination Djursland from June 2003 to January 2012, where responsibilities included initiating, developing, leading, coordinating, and marketing cultural projects and events relevant to residents and visitors in Djursland. Katrine's educational background includes a Cand.mag. in Humaniora with a focus on Danish and Spanish from the University of Copenhagen, along with an Erasmus scholarship in Spanish language and literature from Universidad de Salamanca. Prior teaching roles spanned various educational institutions, where Katrine taught Danish and Spanish at the gymnasium level and contributed as a Jubilæumskoordinator for Ebeltoft's 700-year anniversary.
