Troels Aarøe Nissen

Troels Aarøe Nissen has extensive experience in the fields of music education and communication. Currently serving as Souschef at Assens Musikskole since September 2018, Troels previously held the role of Kultur- og projektmedarbejder at Assens Musikskole from February 2013 to August 2018. Prior to that, Troels worked as a Kommunikationsmedarbejder at Aahus Musikskole, managing external communication for approximately 100 educational offerings. Troels also contributed as a Faglig konsulent for Danmarks Radio on the 'Live i Danmark' project and held the position of Communications Manager at Balthazar Music, coordinating bespoke concert productions. Troels's career began with experience as a project employee at Århus Musikskole and a supervisor at Morgenavisen Jyllands Posten. Academically, Troels holds a Master's degree in musicology complemented by business economics from Aarhus University and a diploma in public management from Komponent – Kommunernes Udviklingscenter.
