Talent Acquisition Specialist at Assent

Dean Prigge RPR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Dean is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Assent Compliance since May 2022. Assent Compliance is a global leader in supply chain data management, providing cloud-based software solutions.

Prior to this, Dean worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Global Relay from April 2021 to May 2022. Global Relay specializes in compliant communications archiving and information governance. Dean also has experience as an Online English Instructor at First Future from March 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an English Instructor at various schools and language academies from March 2013 to January 2018.

In addition, Dean has a background in recruitment and psychometric assessment. Dean worked as a Recruitment Officer at Comair Ltd., a South African airline, from January 2010 to February 2013. Dean also completed an internship as an Intern Psychometrist at Comair in 2009, where they administered and scored psychometric tests for recruitment and staff development purposes.

Outside of their professional career, Dean volunteered as a telephone counselor for Lifeline Ekhuruleni, a 24-hour telephonic service providing support for psychological and social stresses and trauma from November 2011 to November 2012.

Dean Prigge RPR has a diverse education history in the field of psychology and related disciplines. They first attended Rhodes University, where they pursued a Bsoc sci (Hons) degree with a focus on psychology. They then enrolled in the University of Johannesburg, where they completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Equivalence Course) with a specialization in psychometrics and quantitative psychology. Returning to Rhodes University, they obtained a BSocSci degree, studying psychology, anthropology, and sociology. Prior to their university education, Dean Prigge RPR attended Sandringham High School, where they obtained a Senior Certificate.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dean Prigge RPR has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They have completed courses such as "Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning," "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 1 Introduction," "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 2 Understanding Hardware and Operating Systems," and "Employer Branding to Attract Talent." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent one being "Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning" in July 2022.
