Marta Chelminska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Marta started their career as a Student Assistant at Ärzte ohne Grenzen Deutschland/ Médecins Sans Frontières from May 2015 to May 2017, where they conducted data preparation and analyses.

In 2017, Marta joined Ecologic Institute in Berlin, Germany as an International Fellow, where they played a key role in analytical tasks within projects on economic aspects of environmental and energy policy. Marta conducted quantitative analyses, qualitative studies, and desk research on topics such as circular economy, renewable energy, and environmental burden of disease until April 2019.

Following their time at Ecologic Institute, Marta worked at the European Institute for Participatory Media in 2019 as a Quantitative User Behaviour Researcher. In this role, they conducted quantitative evaluations and proposed conceptual refinements for a digital application focused on achieving energy savings. Marta performed statistical analyses and incorporated insights from theories of behavior change in the sustainability context until December 2019.

Continuing their work at the European Institute for Participatory Media in 2020, Marta took on the role of a Researcher, where they developed policy briefs on the outcomes of a research project on the water-energy-food nexus in developing countries. Marta summarized findings on transboundary water management and related fields until August 2020.

Most recently, Marta joined Assent in November 2020 and has held multiple positions with increasing responsibilities. Marta worked as a Supplier Advocate until October 2021, engaging with clients' supply chains to collect compliance data and identifying process improvement opportunities. From September 2021 to March 2022, they served as a Supplier Support Specialist, and they currently hold the position of Supplier Support Lead starting from February 2022.
