Daniel Peisert

Daniel Peisert has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Daniel began their career as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1997. In 1999, they joined UBS Global Asset Management as an Assistant Director and Controller, and also worked as an Analyst at UBS O'Connor. From 2005 to 2012, they were a Senior Analyst at Magnetar Capital. From 2012 to 2014, they held the role of Research Analyst at Cupps Capital Management. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Concordia International (formerly AMCo) as Vice President, US Legacy Business and Vice President, Business Development. Finally, they were President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Business Development, and Vice President, Business Development at Assertio from 2017 to present.

Daniel Peisert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1997. In 2002, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. Daniel also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA.
