Elsí Hernandez

Elsí Hernandez is an experienced School Psychologist currently working at AIM Educate since July 2022, previously serving as a School Psychologist intern in a charter school system in southeast Austin, which predominantly serves Hispanic/Latino students. Prior to this role, Elsí was a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, contributing to the Latino Research Institute and the Pediatric Coping and Language Lab between October 2020 and July 2022. Additional experience includes positions as Family Literacy Coordinator for Youth Programs at El Buen Samaritano, an afterschool program tutor, an Afterschool Crew Leader at Side by Side Kids, a Pre-K Teacher's Assistant at St. Patrick Catholic School, and an ESL Paraprofessional in the Lufkin Independent School District. Elsí holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward's University, and an Associate of Science in General Science from Kilgore College.
