Aubrey Thompson, Ed.S., NCSP, is an experienced school psychologist currently serving as Lead School Psychologist for Seminole County Public Schools since August 2013 and has also been an adjunct professor at Rollins College since June 2023. In addition to these roles, Aubrey is the founder and a licensed school psychologist at Psychological Essentials, LLC, focusing on psychoeducational evaluations to identify individual learning abilities. Aubrey's background includes previous positions as a school psychologist with Orange County Public Schools and Seminole County Public Schools, as well as earlier experience as a kindergarten teacher and ESE paraprofessional. Aubrey earned an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College.
