Stefan Gligoric

Stefan Gligoric is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Team Leader at Assessment Systems Adria since June 2021, Stefan previously held positions as an Expert for Succession Planning and Development at NIS Gazprom Neft, where responsibilities included developing corporate competencies and supporting talent management processes. Additional roles at NIS included expertise in competency assessment and development, utilizing Hogan assessment tools to create individual development plans for leaders. Stefan's career began with HR internships at EY and Assessment Systems Adria, following the completion of a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrade.
