Ashlie Allen, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in sales and advisory roles. Ashlie started their career in 2009 as a Sales Representative at B&J Peerless Food Service Equipment. In 2010, they joined ATI Nursing Education as a Sales Associate and eventually worked their way up to Director of Sales, West Region. Their responsibilities included leading a team of sales professionals, driving growth of partnerships, and supporting the nursing outcomes and goals of students and faculty. Ashlie also held positions as Sales Director, Post Grad NCLEX Prep, Advisory Client Executive, Solutions Consultant, and Partner Support Specialist at ATI Nursing Education.

Ashlie Allen, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Kansas State University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations. Currently, Ashlie is pursuing a field of study in Meditation & Mindfulness Teaching at the School of Positive Transformation, with an expected completion date of 2023.
