Brinna Gard

Brinna Gard has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years.

Brinna started their career in 2005 as a Purchasing Administrator at McCar Homes, where they worked until March 2006.

In April 2006, they joined Talinsight, LLC as a Senior Human Capital Analyst. Their role involved developing custom candidate screening systems based on assessment instruments. Brinna analyzed jobs and assessed incumbents to build job fit models that could predict a candidate's likelihood of being a high performer.

In 2009, Brinna Gard became a Freelance Recruiter at Gard Recruiting Solutions. Brinna worked in this role until 2017.

In 2020, Brinna Gard assumed the position of VP of Client Services at Assessments 24x7 in both the United States and Canada. Brinna currently holds this role, contributing their expertise in client services.

Brinna Gard's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Lassiter High School and completed their secondary education. Brinna then enrolled at The University of Georgia from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Statistics.

After working for a few years, Brinna pursued further education in 2009 and attended Kennesaw State University, where they obtained a certificate in Employment Law Fundamentals. In 2010, they obtained another certificate, this time in Human Resources Management, also from Kennesaw State University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Brinna obtained a PHR Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in December 2010.
