John McCarthy completed their education at two separate institutions. From 1988 to 1991, they studied Sport Science and Performance Sports Coaching at The Manchester Metropolitan University. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Strategic Management and Leadership at Bournemouth University.
