Rich Wainwright has an extensive work experience in various roles within the business coaching and consulting industry.
In 2008, they established their own business, Rich Wainwright - Business Coach, Trainer & Speaker, where they utilized their deep knowledge and expertise in business practices, gained through an MBA and continuous study.
In the same year, Rich also joined ActionCOACH Global as a Business Coach, helping numerous businesses achieve better teams, increased profits, and improved time management. ActionCOACH is known as the world's number one business coaching firm, operating in over 80 countries.
In 2013, Rich started working as a Business Value Builder Coach for The Value Builder System™, a methodology focused on improving the value of privately held businesses. Rich utilized the Value Builder Score™ to evaluate businesses on various value drivers considered by acquirers when purchasing companies.
In 2015, Rich became an Employee Engagement & Culture Coach at Engage and Grow, offering solutions to improve staff retention, productivity, and engagement levels, creating a dynamic and connected working environment.
From 2016 onwards, Rich served as a Flow Consultant and Performance Coach at Wealth Dynamics, focusing on helping entrepreneurs achieve effortless success and maximum impact using minimum effort.
Additionally, Rich worked as an Assessment Centre & Coach for DISC, Learning Styles, Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence at Assessments 24x7, offering insights into human behavior and cognition.
Throughout their career, Rich has also had roles at Ventuure, a start-up growth agency, and at CacheLogic, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager for Central and Latin America, working closely with channel partners and target ISPs.
Rich was also an active member of the Institute of Directors, Cambridgeshire Committee from 2016 to 2018.
Rich Wainwright obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Geography from Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Rich later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Huddersfield from 1998 to 1999.
