Stephanie Herrera is a seasoned professional in human resources and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Planning & Execution at Asset Living since July 2015. With a career at Asset Living that began in March 2013 as Assistant General Manager - Leasing, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in interviewing, hiring, training personnel, managing sales teams, and developing effective marketing strategies, leading to significant occupancy growth. Earlier roles included Marketing Manager and Community Assistant, with a strong foundation in social media management and resident relations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Texas A&M University, earned in 2015, and has received recognition such as the 2015 Leasing Team of the Year and the 2014 Community Assistant at the Texas Asset Conference.
