Cynthia Mollet

Cynthia Mollet is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Behavioral Partners since August 2025, where strategic partnership with founders and executive leadership is emphasized in designing scalable people strategies. As a Human Resources Consultant since September 2018, Cynthia has focused on helping growing companies develop people-first HR foundations to enhance business outcomes. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Tip of the Spear Holdings, LLC, where HR strategies were directed across eight portfolio companies, and Vice President of People at Babson Diagnostics, overseeing talent acquisition and HR operations during a period of hyper-growth. Cynthia also held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at D&S Community Services, directing HR activities for a $600 million PE-backed organization and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Cynthia obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Morningside University and an Executive Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
