Kashyap Sanghvi

Kashyap Sanghvi has extensive work experience in the field of enterprise asset management (EAM) and digital transformation. Kashyap founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at AssetOne, where they provided leadership and guidance to customers on their RCM, EAM, and digital transformation projects. Kashyap also built business relationships with other vendors and provided guidance to C-level executives. Furthermore, Kashyap was involved in IBM Maximo and Infor Enterprise Asset Management implementations, advising clients on their digital transformation and business process optimization.

In addition to their role at AssetOne, Kashyap has held various positions in other organizations, including the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), where they served as a subject matter expert in EAM and supply chain management. Kashyap also worked as a Senior Maximo Consultant at MassDOT, where they specialized in asset management solutions.

Prior to these roles, Kashyap gained significant experience at CSX, where they worked as an IBM Maximo Business Analyst and Administrator, leading successful upgrades and implementing incident, problem, and change management systems. Kashyap also worked as a Business Systems Analyst for IT operations during their time at CSX.

Before joining CSX, Kashyap worked as an IT Analyst, Senior Developer, and Project Leader at GE/Tata Consultancy Services, where they gained expertise in IT analysis and software development.

Kashyap Sanghvi has an extensive education history. In 1993, they obtained a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Vidya Prasarak Mandals K G Joshi College of Arts & N G Bedekar College of Commerce Chendani Bunder Road Thane. Kashyap then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology from 1996 to 1999. Recently, in 2019-2020, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management where they completed the Management Program Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program, specializing in Artificial Intelligence.

In addition to their formal education, Kashyap Sanghvi has obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they completed the "IoT - Intro to IBM IoT Worker Insights" and "IoT - Optimize Equipment with AI - Introduction" certifications from IBM. Furthermore, in May 2023, they obtained the "Sustainability and IBM Envizi Sales Foundation" certification, also from IBM. Kashyap Sanghvi also holds the "Certified Software Quality Analyst" certification from the Quality Assurance Institute, USA.
