Dinithi Gunawardhana

Dinithi Gunawardhana has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2017. Dinithi began their career as an Inplant Trainee at Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC in 2017, and then moved on to become a Human Resources Intern at Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital in 2018. Dinithi then held the role of Human Resources Assistant at Sadaharitha Plantations Limited for the same year. In 2020, Dinithi Gunawardhana took on the role of Human Resources Executive at Assette, in addition to their role as Human Resources Assistant.

Dinithi Gunawardhana has a diverse educational background. Dinithi completed the Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in 2021, after completing the Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management at the same institute in 2019-2021. Dinithi also attended Holy Family Convent in Wennappuwa from 2013-2015, and Girls College in Dankotuwa from 2002-2012.
