Prutha Nibandhe

Prutha Nibandhe is a Human Resources Executive at Neova Solutions since April 2022, previously serving as a Training Coordinator at IT Innovation India Pvt. Ltd. from November 2019 to April 2022, where the focus was on providing technical and non-technical training to Japanese corporates. Prior to that, Prutha gained experience as an HR Intern at Tech Mahindra in 2017, working primarily in the Non-IT Recruitment domain and engaging in Recruitment and Stakeholder Management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Sinhgad Institute Of Management (2016-2018), a degree in Microbiology from Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce (2012-2015), and HSC in Science from Shikshan Prasarak Mandali's Sir Parshurambhau College (2010-2012).
