Patty Condon (Butler)

Patty (Butler) Condon has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Patty is currently working as the HR Director at AssetWorks LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the AVP, Americas HR Lead at Mastek from October 2021 to September 2022. From June 2018 to July 2020, they were the Sr Manager, HR Business Partner at Perspecta. Before that, they worked at DXC Technology, formerly HPE, for a long period from December 1998 to June 2018, holding the position of Human Resources Business Partner. In addition, at HP Enterprise Services, they had two roles: Mobility Manager from August 2008 to July 2011, and International Assignment Management from December 1998 to August 2008.

Patty (Butler) Condon obtained a Master's degree in International Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas in 1999. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Finance from the University of North Texas. In July 2020, Patty obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
