Jonathan Witter

Jonathan Witter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan most recently worked at Assetz Capital as a Development Monitoring Director starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director at a family office since January 2020.

Before transitioning to their role in the family office, Jonathan worked at Hypothekenbank Frankfurt (Ex-Eurohypo) - Commerzbank for nearly 13 years, from November 2007 to January 2020. During this time, they served as a Senior Valuer and was responsible for valuing various commercial property assets across Europe for financing purposes. Jonathan interacted with a global client base, including European and North American funds, Middle East investors, and European private investors.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at LCR (London and Continental Railways) as a Development Strategist. In this role, they provided valuation advice for large-scale urban mixed-use redevelopment projects, including Stratford City/2012 Olympics and King's Cross Central.

Jonathan Witter attended London South Bank University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) with Honors in Estate Management. In 1996, they obtained a certification as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
