Kate attended Harrogate Grammar School from 1986 to 1988. After graduating from high school, they went on to study at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Later, Kate pursued further education at Northumbria University from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Master's Degree in Marketing.
