Mohit Gadam

Mohit Gadam has had a varied career in the e-commerce industry. Mohit started in 2015 as an E-commerce Marketing Executive at Altius Customer Services Pvt Ltd, where they worked on affiliate marketing channels, managed inventory for marketplaces, and set prices to drive more sales. Mohit then progressed to become a Team Coach e-Commerce (Operations & Marketing) in the same company, managing a team of 20 members and expanding the business to countries like Canada. In 2018, Mohit moved to Assiduus Global as Chief Operating Officer, managing operations of UAE, India, and USA. Mohit handled a large team size and managers handling Inventory, Digital Ads, Logistics/fulfillment, etc. for all the geographies. Mohit was also responsible for new brand launches online and strategizing growth and scalability with brand owners.

Mohit Gadam's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Jhulelal Institute of Technology, Lonara, earned between 2009 and 2013. Mohit also holds a High School Diploma in Science from Balbhim Arts, Science & Commerce College, earned between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
