Sven Semet

Sven Semet has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sven began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at IBM Business Services GmbH. Sven then moved on to various roles within IBM Global Services, including Delivery Project Executive and Projektmanager. In 2006, they served as an Engagement Leader for Transition at IBM Informationssysteme GmbH. In 2007, they joined IBM Deutschland Management & Business Support GmbH as an HR Partner, and later became an HR Engagement Manager in 2008. Sven then joined IBM in 2013, where they held multiple roles such as Senior Account Executive and Thought Leader for Watson Talent. In 2019, they joined Assima as a Business Development Executive and Thought Leader for IBM Watson. Throughout their career, Sven has been involved in designing and implementing complex HR solutions, serving as a representative for IBM in various work-groups and organizations, and being a keynote speaker at conferences and fairs.
