Priyanka Pathania

Priyanka Pathania is an experienced professional in the mortgage and underwriting sector, currently serving as a Team Coach in the Post Funding Audit team at Assimilate Solutions, a SitusAMC Company, since June 2015. In this role, Priyanka Pathania is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the accuracy of underwriting for all funded loans, meticulously scrutinizing various documents such as loan applications, credit reports, income documentation, appraisal reports, and closing documents. Prior to this, Priyanka Pathania held the position of US Mortgage Associate at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities included analyzing appraisal reports and verifying essential loan documents.
