Joshua Pineda

Joshua Pineda has a diverse work experience. Joshua currently serves as the Research & Acquisitions Business Unit Lead at the Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST), where they lead a team in research grants and other funding opportunities in the development sector. Prior to this role, they were a Research & Acquisitions Associate at ASSIST, where they wrote competitive grants project proposals or bids.

In the past, Joshua worked at the Center for Environmental Studies and Management, Inc. as an Area Project Manager and a Project Coordinator. Joshua also was a Mapping Assistant at Phil-LiDAR 2 UPLB, where they were responsible for various tasks such as data encoding, processing, and report writing, conducting surveys, and processing LiDAR data using GIS software.

Furthermore, Joshua gained experience as a Graduate Team Volunteer at the State Varsity Christian Fellowship.

Joshua Pineda received a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from the University of the Philippines, completing their education from 2009 to 2016.
