Leigh Vachon

Leigh is very grateful and humbled to lead this extraordinary organization.

She is a long-term resident of the Windsor area. She previously held the Director of Strategy, Enhanced Services, and Partnership Development at ALSO. Leigh also served 8 years on a Board of Directors for ALSO before joining the organization.

Leigh brings a deep understanding of ALSO and the people's ALSO services, along with the challenges faced in the non-profit sector. Her strong record of advocacy along with her ability to engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Board members, Staff, and Clients speaks to her steadfast integrity.

Before ALSO, Leigh was the Executive Director for Victoria Manor for almost twenty years helping people who struggle to reside in for-profit supportive housing.
