Read Flake

Read Flake has held various roles throughout their work experience. Read started their career as a Channel Manager at Folio Corporation/Nextpage, where they managed a network of resellers and supported sales managers. Read then moved on to Continental Airlines, where they served as the Manager of B2B eCommerce and executed the airline's eCommerce strategy. At Orbitz/Travelport, they worked as a Sr. Manager, leading the integration of e-commerce reporting platforms. Read later joined United Airlines, where they held roles as a Merchandising Product Manager and Manager of Strategic Sales Analysis. Read then transitioned to Sears Holdings Corporation, where they served as the Director of Multi-Channel Integration & Product and later as the Director of Business Development/Merchandising. After that, they worked at Universal Weather and Aviation as the Leader of Online & Digital. In 2015, Read became the Owner and President of Assisting Hands Home Care, providing in-home care services for seniors. Read later founded Green Country Pest Control and Pest-SOS, where they held the positions of Owner/Founder and Co-Owner/Co-Founder, respectively. Currently, Read is the Owner/Founder of Bug Police Pest Control.

Read Flake obtained an MBA degree in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Communications and Business from Brigham Young University, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they hold a certification from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services with license number DADS TX Lic# 017228.
