Alex Kauffman

Alex Kauffman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. They currently hold the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at AssistRx since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at AssistRx from June 2019 to August 2021. Before joining AssistRx, Alex was a Contract Training Nurse Specialist and Project Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals from January 2016 to April 2018. They also served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Teva Pharmaceuticals from January 2015 to January 2016. Prior to their roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Alex worked as a Technical Recruiter at Advantage Tech from March 2013 to December 2014, where they demonstrated expertise in IT staffing. They began their career as a Recruiter at Manpower Inc. from March 2011 to March 2013, where they gained experience in contingent and permanent recruitment workforce solutions.

Alex Kauffman earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Leadership Studies from Kansas State University. In November 2018, they were also recognized as the winner of the HBA L.E.A.D. Award by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association for their expertise in entrepreneurship.
