Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Consultant at Fractional HR, where they provided HR solutions to small to midsize companies. Jeff also held the position of Senior Operating Director at Beckway Group, where they optimized the investment value of privately held businesses. Jeff has a strong background in HR, having served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Deluxe Corporation and Ceridian. Jeff's experience also extends to leadership roles in organizations such as Emerge Community Development and UnitedHealth Group, where they oversaw strategic planning and administration.
