Kim Scott

Kim Scott has over 27 years of experience as a business analyst and manager. Currently, they work at AssistRx as a Business Analysis Manager, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trissential for 11 years, where they served as an Essentialist and worked on various projects, including implementing CRM systems for Life Sciences companies. Before Trissential, Kim worked at AQS as a Business Analyst IV, leading a team in developing a next-generation insurance product. Kim also worked at West Bend Mutual Insurance as a Business Analyst II, overseeing the expansion of the Commercial Auto book of business into Michigan. Earlier in their career, Kim held roles at SafeNet Consulting, Legion Insurance, Metavante, and Kemper Insurance, where they gained experience in financial data analysis, project management, and requirements gathering.

Kim Scott attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Computer Systems. Kim'sfield of study focused on business and computers. In addition to their degree, Kim Scott has obtained certifications in the field of Scrum. In June 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance, followed by obtaining the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
