Nick Wilbar

Nick Wilbar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare operations and consulting. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at AssistRx from September 2024 to June 2025, Nick led strategic initiatives. At Shields Health Solutions, Nick served as Market President from November 2019 to December 2023, overseeing operations, growth, and health system partnerships across various regions. Previously, Nick held several senior roles at The Advisory Board Company, focusing on M&A and strategic planning. Earlier in the career at Ascension Health, Nick managed projects aimed at optimizing non-healthcare businesses. Nick graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Jewish, Islamic & Near Eastern Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, and completed a study abroad program at the American University in Cairo, focusing on Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies.
