Susan Zemzicki

Susan Zemzicki is a seasoned IT Asset Management professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Centenary University. Currently, at AssistRx since June 2019, Susan oversees IT Software and Hardware Asset Management, while also serving as an Enterprise Software Asset Manager at Jacobs Technology since October 2018. In addition, Susan has held the position of Director of IT Asset Management at RWJBarnabas Health since August 2009, where expertise in vendor contracts, license terms, governance practices, and cost optimization is applied to enhance ITAM programs. Prior experience includes project management roles at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson, where Susan contributed to enterprise-wide asset management initiatives and lifecycle management of IT assets. Susan holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and CITAM certifications.
