Lauren Watson

Lauren Watson currently serves as the Director of Operations at Associa Gulf Coast, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience at Associa Gulf Coast includes a role as Community Manager from October 2020 to March 2022. Lauren has also worked at WCI Communities from May 2014 to 2020, initially as General Manager of Arborwood Preserve Town Center, overseeing a 25,500 square-foot facility that includes various amenities for a community of 832 homes. Additional roles at ICON Management involved coordinating and managing activities at multiple town centers, ensuring resident relations, vendor management, and overseeing amenity operations at Club LaMorada and Pelican Preserve Town Center, with responsibilities ranging from managing fitness facilities to assisting residents with account management.
