Dr. Carl Schwander has a diverse work experience spanning several years. From 1996 to 2018, they served in various roles in the U.S. Army, including Senior Consultant, Senior Executive, Change Agent/Management, Project Manager, Recruiter, and Consultant. During this time, they gained extensive experience in training and mentoring soldiers at different levels. In 2018, they joined MD Logistics as an Operations Supervisor. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's in Public Administration (MMPA) from the same institution in 2007. In 2004, they completed their undergraduate studies at Cameron University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Radio and Television. Dr. Schwander also holds an Associates of Science in Basic General Educational Requirements from Cameron University, which they obtained in 2002. Additionally, they have pursued further education in Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix and the Univversity of Phoenix SAS, although the specific degrees and dates are not provided. Dr. Schwander has also obtained certifications as an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
